Per 1 ounce:
Calories, 50; Protein, 0 g; Fat, 6 g (93% cal.); Cholesterol, 20 mg; Carbohydrates, 1 g; Fiber, 0 g; Sodium, 10 mg.
1. Whip the cream until stiff, but do not overwhip
2. Mix the horseradish with a little of the whipped cream, then fold into the rest of the cream. 3. Season to taste with salt.
Note: This sauce should be made just before service.
