The Wonderful Motley Brassica Horde

In this section are first cabbagy brassicas (Brussels sprouts, cabbage, and Chinese cabbage), then brassicas with edible flowers/stems (broccoli, cauliflower, kohlrabi, raab, and sea kale), and then leafy brassicas (collards, cress, kale, mizuna, mustard, rape, rocket, turnip greens, tyfon, and watercress). The brassica roots (radish, rutabaga, and turnip) are the only brassicas not here; they're in "Nonstarchy Roots." Most of these brassicas are very good for you, containing an anticancer substance and lots of vitamin A and C.
