Chocolate Covered Tosteds n Fruit

Quick and easy to prepare, these treats are hound to become a family favorite!

olive oil cooking spray 2 cups Tosteds soynuts 1V2 cups mixed dried fruit, such as blueberries, strawberries, and cherries

V3 cup cocoa powder 2 tablespoons arrowroot % cup liquid Fruitsource 1V2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract V4 teaspoon almond extract

Candies

Spray a cookie sheet with olive oil cooking spray.

Combine soynuts and fruit in a large bowl and set aside. Combine cocoa and arrowroot in a small bowl and set aside. Microwave Fruitsource for 25 seconds, or heat on stovetop over low heat for 1 minute. Using a wire whisk, blend the hot Fruitsource into the cocoa mixture until a chocolate syrup is formed. Add vanilla and almond extracts, and pour over fruit and soynuts. Combine thoroughly with a rubber spatula. Place rounded tablespoonfuls of mixture on prepared cookie sheet and place in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve immediately. Store remaining candies in freezer, as they will become soft when left at room temperature.
